Today, I listed a nice home at 2320 Pine dr in Ferndale for $199,500. Perfect timing for the first time buyers looking to find something before the $8,000 tax credit expires at the end of April.
Typically, when buyers are searching for something under $200,000 in Ferndale, they have major trade-offs to consider.
